Utopia Bakery in Ras Al Khaimah initially approached us after the first lockdown from Covid 19 in 2020 and requested an audit of the Café’s menu as they were interested in increasing sales. We determined the menu at Utopia Café was in need of extra food items to expand their reach to include the all-day dining market of Ras Al Khaimah.
Based on our recommendations, Utopia Bakery went ahead to partner with the RSI team to develop new menu items for the café, the owner herself worked with our chefs and bakers to learn all recipes herself as well as training her.
Since the implementation of the new menu, they have achieved the goal of increasing sales and store traffic by capturing the “all day dining” diners.
