Amna Al Hashemi has loved baking for as long as she can remember. But it wasn’t until she attended the International Centre for Culinary Arts, and started truly learning not just about baking, but about nutrition, that she began to develop her vision for Mitts and Trays.
With a simple ethos based around ‘food that is good for you’, Amna has created a concept that blends gourmet quality with a rustic approach.
Working alongside a renowned European chef with over 20 year's experience in modern European and traditional French pastry techniques, she has designed a true showstopper of a menu for Mitts and Trays.
Working to one shared foodie vision, Amna and her chef have created a range of dishes that blends both traditional and modern styles, and balances beautiful flavours and textures with a focus on health and nutrition.
