Our task for Café du Monde was to create a Café concept for the owners that resonated with a ‘friendly neighborhood’ Café with excellent Coffee & Tea selections as well as delicious fresh gourmet salads & sandwiches.
The brief was to create an offering where guests felt the ease of walking in & ordering from display but could also enjoy a fine meal service of chosen items. Geared to launch multiple units collectively, we were also involved with creating & putting Operational systems & procedures in place and trained the management team to successfully execute its launch.
From Concept development to operational trainings & Menu development we enjoyed creating this contemporary international café brand & its wonderfully delicious gourmet menu. Geared for expansion, Café du Monde currently operates from 2 locations in Dubai.
