A family run business, the dynamic & savvy team approached us specifically to create SOPs for their ambitious F&B Project. Their desire to focus on not just great food but also Operational Systems & Procedures that could run their business professionally was impressive. Over months of enlightening sessions, all day trainings over Subway Sandwiches & some serious good times, we completed our task of providing Operational Manuals & trainings to the Management Team.
We look back with fond memories & feel truly proud each time we hear & read praises of their food, service & management. We still love ordering in too, where else can we get the best Pepper & Chili Crabs in town!
