We take pride in respecting authentic Hawaiian poke, honoring the region’s vibrant culinary culture by serving only the freshest cuts of fish, accompanied by a perfect blend of ingredients that bring out the best flavors and nutritional value available.
We offer various chef prepared signature bowls as well as the option of creating your own. You’ll be spoilt for choice with our island fresh poke bowls with signature protein options from ahi tuna to salmon, drenched in delectable sauces and marinades.
