2022-01-06 - Everything Starts with a Dream
Long ago, there lived a Provençal girl who dreamed of faraway places beyond the diverse landscapes of the Côte d’Azur and Camargue plains. Her thoughts carried her away to a glamorous life – to spaces she would create, art pieces she would collect and beautiful dishes she would prepare.
Then, early one Spring morning, at a side-walk café on a cobbled street of Aix-en-Provence; Juliette penned her next adventure in the shade of a pink Bougainvillea. Between sips of tea, she wrote down traditional recipes with innovative twists and the beginnings of a dreamy restaurant in an exotic land.
