1640 Bistronomy by Restaurant Secrets Inc., our gastronomy bistro, where seasonal chef-driven menus are served, lovingly made with produce sourced from local farms & imports from select partner farms & butcheries around the world. The show kitchen tests & exhibits pop-up brands we incubate within our company. Chef table dinners for a limited seating of 10 are themed & by prior appointment.
