This unconventional pizzeria of Dubai provides guests with innovative food and service experiences unique to this region. The industrial-chic interiors are paired up with the warm burning tiled pizza oven and friendly staff to give the restaurant its own bold personality.

As you enter Brick the large roaring pizza oven will instantly grab your attention, the flames glowing red inside with bubbling pizzas being effortlessly guided around the oven by the master pizzaiolo in the middle of the restaurant. The interiors are masculine and minimalistic, the walls are concrete with areas of exposed brick with characteristic vines running down as if the building was once abandoned before housing the large, tiled oven.

The menu is all cooked inside the wood-burning oven and has taken inspiration from all over the world. The high heat-burning organic oak offers a mild smokiness to the pizzas while creating a perfectly bubbled and slightly charred crust. Brick prides itself on using premium ingredients and creating eccentric pizzas with big flavors Expect to see pizzas like the Kimchi Zaa with Quail Eggs, Soy Braised Shitake Mushrooms, Avocado, and Buffalo Mozzarella.
